Roasted Squash Seeds

Ingredients

  • Squash Seeds
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Desired Seasonings

Preparation

Step 1

Scoop seeds from squash (I recommend acorn or pumpkin), rinse and remove membrane and lay out to dry.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 3

Line baking sheet with wax or parchment paper and arrange seeds in an even layer.

Step 4

Roast at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Remove seeds and lightly toss in oil, salt and pepper, and desired seasonings.

Step 6

Return to pan and roast for another 20 minutes, or until browned and crispy.
