Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 lb peeled large shrimp
- cooking oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, cornstarch and salt in small bowl. Add beer, egg yolk, and butter; beat until smooth. Dip shrimp and deep fry until golden.
