Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken wings, separated
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/8 cup butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F
Step 2
Season wings with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Coat in flour. Dust off excess.
Step 4
Dip in melted butter and place on baking sheet or tray.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Flip.
Step 7
Bake for 15 more minutes.
Can be used on other chicken parts.
