Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packs cream cheese, room temperature
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 packet of digestive cookies crushed
- 100 Grams of melted butter
- 1/5 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the digestive cookies crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
Step 2
Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a well greased pan with removable bottom. (A spring form pan can also be used). Press the crumb mixture onto the bottom. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill while you make the filling.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Add in condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla essence. Continue to beat on medium speed
Step 5
Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared pie crust.
Step 6
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
Step 7
Add topping when ready to serve.
Use any kind of toppings like (blueberries, strawberries, nuts) or just enjoy it plain
