Ingredients
- 10 fresh corn cobs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tblsp butter
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut off alll the corn from the corn cobs into a frying pan
and place on medium heat.
Step 2
Add milk and butter and place lid over the corn cook unti corn is tender
Step 3
Add flour salt and pepper
Step 4
fry for another 5 to 10 min until flour gets golden
Step 5
Ready to serve
