Ingredients
- 2 lbs stew beef cut in 1 in cubes
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- pinch of thyme
- 1 1/2 c beef broth
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 15 oz can of peas, drained
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 carrots, slice
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 or 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, diced
Preparation
Step 1
place meat in slow cooker, mix flour, salt, pepper, and pour over meat, stir to coat meat with flour
Step 2
add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. cover and cook on low 6-8 hours (high 3-4 hours, but not recommended) stir stew thoroughly before serving
