Ingredients

  • 1 lobster pack
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 lg onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 5 cups milk
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

strain seafood in fridge overnight

Step 2

sauté butter, onion and salt and pepper. gradually add flour and milk, whisk constantly.

Step 3

add the cheese, cheese should be cut into small pieces and whisked constantly to avoid lumps

Step 4

add seafood after cheese has melted

Step 5

bake in casserole dish uncovered at 350 until top is golden brown
