Amber's Sausage and Potator Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 bag (1 lb. 14 oz.) frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix dressing, sour cream, onions and salt in large bowl. Add potatoes and sausage; mix lightly.

SPOON into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed lightly with cooking spray; cover with foil.

BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until heated through.
