- 1 ONION
- 2 GARLIC cloves
- PARSLEY
- 2 tbsp OLIVE OIL
- 1 tbsp Portuguese PIMENTO PASTE
- 1 TABLESPOON TOMATO PASTE
- 1 beer bottle
Preparation
Step 1
SAUTE: ONION, GARLIC, PARSLEY in OLIVE OIL until onions are translucent
add PIMENTO PASTE and stir
ADD OCTOPUS, BEER AND
TOMATO PASTE AND DICED POTATOS
(OR OMIT POTATOS AND SERVE OVER COOKED RICE)
COOK UNTIL OCTOPUS IS DONE.
