Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 1/2 lbs hamburg
- 1 small onion
- 4 tbsp parsley
- 2 egg whites
- 1 yolk
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- Sauce: chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup water 6 oz tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 packets sugar twin

Preparation
Step 1
Pour boiling water over cabbage, cover and let stand 1/2 hour. Drain cabbage, core and separate leaves. Reserve 12 for stuffing. Chop remaining for sauce
Step 2
Stuffing: Mix ground meat, onion, parsley, eggs salt and tomato sauce together.
Step 3
To stuff: Use 12 leave. Put 3 tbsp of meat in center of each leaf. Bring sides up and roll up each leaf.
Step 4
Sauce: Heat water in a medium size pot. Bring to a boil. add chopped cabbage, tomato sauce, salt, lemon juice, sweetner. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Step 5
Remove 1 cup sauce and set aside. Place cabbage rolls in pot in remaining sauce as close together, pour reserved sauce over rolls.
Step 6
Cover. Simmer 1 1/2 hour.
