Ingredients

  • 1 can of garbanzo beans without the liquid
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of All purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 handfull of chopped Parley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. By hand or food processor.

Step 2

Cover bowl and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

Step 3

Take out and make balls.

Step 4

Pre heat oil in a frying pan and insert the balls.

Step 5

Take out when golden brown. Paper dry them to remove the oil.

You can use home cooked garbanzos.
