Ingredients
- 1 can 15 oz. coconut milk
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 cam pineapple chopped
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1/2 bag of mixed fruit with mango
- Hawaiian bread cut into pieces
- 4 tbsp. butter
Preparation
Step 1
Spray slow cooker. Mix all ingredients. Put in slow cooker and top with butter. Cook on low for 4 hours.
