Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange chicken, skin side down in baking pan or casserole. Stir all ingredients together. Spoon half of mixture over chicken.
Step 2
Bake at 400 degrees, uncovered for 25 min. Turn chicken over and add remaining mixture over chicken.
Step 3
Cook another 15 min., or until meat near bone is no longer pink when slashed.
