Ingredients

  • 5 baking potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 can Cream of Celery soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • Instant Potatoe Flakes

Preparation

Step 1

PLace potatoes, soups, and water in crock pot.
Cover and cook on high until potatoes are tender (2-3 hours)

Step 2

Add milk, and enough instant potatoe flakes to reach desired consistency, stirring constantly.

Step 3

Cover and cook 2-3 hours longer. Garnish with bacon bits, sour cream, or cheese.
