Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 minced or grated onion
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- vegetables and meat
- grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
fry bacon, if that's your chosen meat :)
half cook mushrooms or broccoli, if using
Step 2
grease 9 inch pie plate, then put meat and/or veggies in it. Top with grated cheese
Step 3
whisk together eggs, butter, onion, salt, flour and milk until smooth. Pour over meat and veggies.
Step 4
cook for 35 minutes at 350 degrees until set
1/2 a can of ham works well. Or just vegetables: mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes, spinach...
