Ingredients
- buy any type of pasta like shells, fideo, 1 can any brand tomato sauce,chicken boullion ,and parmesian or cothija cheese and water to cover all pasta.
Preparation
Step 1
in large skillet add 2tspns of oil and heat add pasta and fry slightly until light tan
Step 2
add 3tblsp of chicken bouillion to frying pasta mix in cheese and add one can of tomato sauce,
Step 3
Finally add enough water so that pasta can double in size and not go dry during cooking.
Step 4
Put lid on skillet and simmer until almost all of the water is gone and pasta is tender,top with extra cheese and serve.
