- Filling
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Dash of salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

Step 1
Combine shell ingredients until well blended. Press into mini muffin cups, forming a pie shell.
Step 2
Combine filling ingredients. Mix well. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 minutes. Lower temperature to 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool for around 10 minutes. Serve.
