Ingredients
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 head of cauliflower, separated
- 1/3 cup Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 450. Grease a huge dish.
Step 2
Shake cauliflower in a bag with oil and garlic.
Step 3
Pour into dish and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Top with Parmesan. Broil 4 minutes.
