Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large beaten egg
- 1-1/2 cups chopped cranberries
- 1/3 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400F.
Grease or line muffin pan.
Step 2
Combine oil and sugar. Add egg, baking powder, flour, salt and water; mix well. Fold in cranberries.
Step 3
Divide batter into 12 muffin cups. Bake 20-25 mins or until golden and toothpick test comes out clean.
