Ingredients

  • 3 packages of buddig beef lunchmeat 1 stick butter flour milk salt pepper

Preparation

Step 1

chop beef into small pieces

Step 2

melt butter in saucepan. add chopped beef, cook 3 - 4 mins stirring often.

Step 3

add small amounts of flour until a paste forms and no butter is visible.

Step 4

slowly add milk stirring continually until desired consistency is reached, salt and pepper to taste
