Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef 2 packages chili mix 4 cans 8 oz tomato sauce 2 cans pinto beans 2 cans red kidney beans 1 package corn chips 1 8 oz container sour cream 2 c shredded cheese 1 c chopped green onions
Preparation
Step 1
brown gr beef in large pot. drain.
Step 2
put back on burner over med high heat add chili mix, tomato sauce, pinto and kidney beans. bring to a boil. cover and reduce heat , simmer 10 minutes
Step 3
put 1/2 c corn chips in serving bowl, cover with 1 c chili
Step 4
top with shredded cheese, sour cream and chives to taste
