Ingredients
- corn beef
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
put corn beef in pan fill with enough water to cover add seasoning packet bring to a boil cover simmer 3 hours
Step 2
in large fry pan with lid fry chopped bacon till crisp remove bacon set aside
Step 3
add butter melt add chopped bacon fry till wilting starts stirring often add water stir place lids on pan fry on low heat for about 15 minutes
Step 4
remove lid add crispy bacon piece and enjoy!
