Ingredients

  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 small choped yellow onion
  • 1 chopped peppers
  • 2 teaspoons of hot sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 14 .5 ounce can of stewed tomatoes
  • 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 15 ounce can of kidney beans
  • one and a half cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the beef, pepper and onions. Saute until meat is brown and the onions and the peppers are tender.

Step 2

Add the stewed tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, beans and water to the meat and onion mixture.

Step 3

Season with the chili powder, garlic powder, hot sauce, salt and ground black pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to Lowes, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
