Ingredients
- 2 mild long green chilies chopped
- 2 large tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 white onion minced
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro leaves chopped
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl mix together chilies, tomatoes, onion, vinegar, garlic, and cilantro. Add salt to taste. Serve with chips.
Can use Jalapenos if you want it spicy.
