Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 oz lemon jello pkg
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • Icing
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4-5 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all cake ingredients together.

Step 2

Pour in greased & floured pan. Bake cake on 350 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and punch holes all over cake with fork.

Step 3

While the cake is baking, Mix icing ingredients together. Pour the mixed icing on the cake while it is hot.
