Ingredients
- 1 pkg Cream cheese 3 oz
- 6 Tbsp unsalted Butter softened
- 1 1/4 c Flour
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Blend butter and cream cheese in a medium size bowl.
Step 2
Add flour, sugar and salt.
Step 3
Stir with a heavy duty spoon or work with clean hands until all ingredients are incorporated.
Step 4
Form into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
Step 5
Remove from fridge and roll out on lightly floured surface.
Step 6
Place in pie plate and continue with directions for your pie.
Step 7
If you aren't a perfectionist and are only planning on serving the pie to yourself, you can press the dough into pie plate without rolling first.
