Ingredients

  • 16 oz. pkg. Oreos
  • 5 c. lg. Marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp. Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Butter an 8X8 inch baking pan. Line the baking pan with parchment paper letting the paper extend up two sides of the pan and overhang slightly on both ends. Butter paper; set pan aside.

Step 2

In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade, process Oreos into fine crumbs; set aside.

Step 3

In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in ground Oreos until combined. Transfer to prepared baking pan. Using a piece of wax paper, press mixture evenly into prepared pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
