Chai Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup water
- 1 ounce package of chai tea latte mix
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon Caramel flavored syrup
- 1.5 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- shaved chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 450. Bake pie crust as directed. Cool for 15 minutes.
Step 2
In saucepan heat water to boil. Stir in chai mix. Reduce heat to low. Whisk in marshmallows and butter. Stir until they are melted. Stir in Caramel.
Step 3
Refrigerate 30 minutes or until cold and thickened.
Step 4
In chilled bowl beat whipping cream with mixer on high until stiff peaks form. Set aside 1 cup. Fold rest into cooled filling.
Step 5
Pour into crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Garnish with reserved whipping cream and shaved chocolate.
