Ingredients
- 1 pie crusts
- 1/2 cup sweetened whipped cream
- 3 ounces cut baking chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 pasteurized eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 450. Bake pie crust as directed. Cool pie crust.
Step 2
Melt chocolate over low heat and let cool.
Step 3
Beat butter on medium until fluffy. Gradually add sugar. Add cooled chocolate and vanilla. Beat well.
Step 4
Add eggs 1 at a time. Beating on high for 2 minutes after each egg. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Pour into cooled crust.
Step 5
Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set.
Step 6
Top with whipped cream.
