Ingredients
- 1) 1 Cup, or 2 Sticks of Softened Butter
- 2) 2 Cups of Sugar
- 3) 8 oz., or 1 Packet of Softened Cream Cheese
- 4) 1 tsp of Vanilla
- 5) 6 eggs
- 6) 2 Cups of Flour
- 7) 1 tbsp of Baking Powder
- 8) 1 tsp of Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Beat the butter and gradually add sugar, beating well with mixer.
Step 2
Add cream cheese and vanilla, and beat for 1 minute
Step 3
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 5
Add it to the butter mixture and beat until blended.
Step 6
Pour into a greased and floured pan (10 inch pan)
Step 7
Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean and the color is golden-brown.
