Chicken Shashlik

Ingredients
- Chicken Shashlik
- 1) 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken
- 2) 2 Cut Capsicum
- 3) 2 Cut Tomatoes
- 4) 8 Spring Onion Bulbs
- 5) 1/4 Cup of Oil
- 6) 1 tsp of Chilli Powder
- 7) 1 tsp of Mustard Powder
- 8) 1 tsp of Garlic Paste
- 9) 1 tsp of Salt
- 10) 1 tbsp Wooster Sauce
- 11) 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 12) 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 13) 4 tbsp of Ketchup
- 14) Rice, as required
- Chicken Gravy
- 1) 3 Cut Chicken Breasts
- 2) 1 Cut Capsicum
- 3) 1 tsp of Wooster Sauce
- 4) 1 tsp of Soya Sauce
- 5) 1 tbsp of Tomato Paste
- 6) 1 tbsp of Chilli Sauce
- 7) 1/2 tsp of Garlic Paste
- 8) 1/2 tsp of Mustard Powder
- 9) 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 10) 1/4 tsp of all Spices
- 11) 2 tbsp Oil
- 12) 4 tbsp of Ketchup
- BBQ Sauce
- 1) Half Thinly Sliced Grated Apple
- 2) Half Thinly Sliced Banana
- 3) 1/2 Cup of White Vinegar
- 4) 4 tbsp of Ketchup
- 5) 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 6) 2 tbsp of Chilli Sauce
- 7) 2 tbsp of Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Chicken Shashlik:
Make 1/2 chicken cubes and marinate it with salt, chilli powder, and garlic paste. Mix it.Add mustard powder, wooster sauce, and soya sauce. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Put 2 tbs of oil and cook the marinated chicken for 5 minutes. Add ketchup and chilli sauce.
Step 3
For the shashlik sticks, Put onion bulbs in the beginning and ending with capsicum, tomato, chicken cube, tomato, capsicum, chicken cube... on wodden shrews.
Step 4
Shashlik Gravy:
Cut the chicken into tiny cubes. Add garlic paste, and chicken in oil. Fry it.
Step 5
Add a pinch of salt, wooster sauce, soya sauce, mustard powder, tomato paste, chilli sauce, ketchup, and all the spices (garam masala).
Step 6
Add the cube cut shashlik
Step 7
Cook step #3 on tawwa with 1 tbsp of oil.
Step 8
Serve it!
