Tex Mex Pork Tenderloin

- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 4 3/4lb pork tenderloins
- Flour tortillas, salsa, and avacado (optional)

Step 1
Combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and red pepper in a small bowl. Rub over pork and chill two hours.
Step 2
Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium high heat 4-6 minutes on each side or until thermometer reads 170 degrees for well done. Serve on tortillas with salsa and avacado if desired.
