White Chicken Karahi

Ingredients
- 1) 1/4 Cup or 1/2 Cup of Oil
- 2) 1 kg or 16 pieces of Chicken
- 3) 1 tsp of Ground Green Chillies
- 4) 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste
- 5) 1 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 6) 1 1/2 tsp Crushed and Roasted Cumin
- 7) 1 tsp of Black Pepper Coarsely
- 8) 1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
- 9) 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala
- 10) 6 Chopped Green Chillies
- 11) 2 tbsp of Ginger Julienne
- 12) 4 tbsp of Fresh Cream
- 13) 1/2 Cup of Yogurt

Preparation
Step 1
Fry the chicken in oil for 5 minutes until brown.
Step 2
Add ground green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and salt. Stir it.
Step 3
Add crushed black pepper, crushed cumin, and yogurt (add a little water). Put the lid on.
Step 4
When cooked, add lemon juice, cream, garam masala, chopped green chillies, and sliced ginger. Leave for minutes.
