Jostaberry Blueberry Jam

Makes 4 half pints of delicous jam. Super good on basically anything!

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup crushed Jostaberries
- 1 1/3 cup crushed blueberries
- 6 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons pectin
- 3 1/3 cups sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine fruits and lemon juice in sauce pan. Stir in pectin. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Boil hard for 1 minute.
Step 3
Ladle into hot jars. Process 10 minutes.
