  • 3 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 package powdered pectin
  • 5 cups sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cut pomegranates in half. Extract juice from seeds using a cheesecloth. Measure 3 1/2 cups.

Step 2

Combine juice and powdered pectin in large sauce pan. Boil.

Step 3

Add sugar until dissolved. Bring to rolling boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Step 4

Ladle into hot jars and process for 10 minutes.
