Blueberry Muffins

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400.
Step 2
Beat oil, milk, and egg.
Step 3
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together. Stir into oil/milk/egg mixture until flour mixture is moist. It will be lumpy.
Step 4
Fold in blueberries. Fill cupcake foils.
Step 5
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes.
