  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups rice
  • water to cook rice
  • feta cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onions and garlic in the oil until soft and translucent.

Step 2

Add spinach, and cook stirring for a few minutes, then pour in the rice, tomato sauce and water in rice cooker.

Step 3

Press cook :)

Step 4

Top with feta cheese upon serving.
