Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 6 oz. beef strips
- 1 tbsp. canola or vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper (each)
- 2 tbsp. canola or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cans of mushroom (drained)
- 12 oz. wide noodles

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat oil, add onion. Cook til transparent, then set aside.
Step 2
Coat beef strips with salt, pepper and flour. Heat remaining oil over med-high heat and cook strips for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Set aside strips and drain pan.
Step 4
Add onion and mushrooms to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add the sour cream and the beef strips and mix all together.
Step 5
Cook noodles as directed in a separate pan. Then mix everything together
Use as much sour cream as you like.
