Ingredients

  • 1) 500 grams of Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 2) 1 tbsp of Oil
  • 3) 1 tbsp of Ketchup
  • 4) 1 tbsp of Soya Sauce
  • 5) 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 6) A Pinch of Turmeric Powder
  • 7) A Pinch of Tandoori Masala
  • 8) 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder or flakes
  • 9) Juice of Half a Lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate the chicken with oil, ketchup, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, tandoori masala, red chilli powder/flakes, and lemon juice.

Step 2

Leave it for at least 2 hours.
