Ingredients
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 cup fat free chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups instant white rice uncooked
- 1/2 cup cheese whiz cheese dip
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in large skillet, drain. Add chili powder, broth and water, stir. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and cheese whiz. Cover and simmer on low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with lettuce and tomatoes.
