Ingredients
- 1¼ cups flour
- 2½ sticks butter, divided
- ¾ cup sugar, divided
- 1 ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup milk chocolate chips
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together 1 stick butter with ¼ cup sugar until smooth. Add milk and flour.
Step 2
Transfer mixture to a greased pan and bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
While cooling, melt remaining butter with ½ cup sugar then add condensed milk and corn syrup.
Step 4
Simmer for 6 minutes after the boil and pour over bread letting it cool for an hour.
Step 5
Melt chocolate chips into two separate bowls and pour over the caramel one layer of milk chocolate then spread over the white chocolate.
Step 6
Let cool, cut in bars and enjoy!
