Ingredients
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 diced red bell pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced or minced
- 1 lb feta
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil over medium heat. Add veggies and cook until tender, at least 2 minutes.
Step 2
Crumble feta into a bowl, then pour the pepper mix over it.
Step 3
Serve with pita chips or sliced veggies.
