Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 soya sauce
- 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- 2 cups of water
- 6 tablespoons of cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
In a deep frying pan put the brown sugar and white sugar in, turn the heat on about medium. Add the water and soya sauce. Next add the ketchup and cornstarch. Constantly stir well bringing the mixture to a boil. Turn down heat and let it sit with stiring occasionally. Add more cornstarch to make thickness better.
Step 2
Next put in the oven over any dish or let it sit and use it as dipping sauce
