Ingredients
- Quinoa
- Cheddar cheese
- Salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Cook quinoa per directions on bag.
Step 2
Add in cheddar cheese until it covers the quinoa. You can use other cheeses if you like as well, and add in milk if it's thicker than you prefer.
Step 3
Stir in salsa to taste. I use hot fresh salsa because that's my thing, but you can use any salsa.
