Ingredients
- 3-4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Can Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 28 oz. Chicken Broth
- 3 tbsp. Butter
- 2 Cans Buttermilk Biscuits
- Salt And Pepper
- Flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken in about 3-4 c. of water for 30-45 min. Remove, cool and break into bite sized chunks.
Step 2
Place chicken broth in a med.-lg. pot. Add cream of chicken soup and bring to a boil.
Step 3
While mixture is boiling, open the biscuits and cut into fourths. Add 1 c. flour into small bowl and roll biscuits in it. Shake off excess flour and drop into broth.
Step 4
Gently stir broth once in a while to push biscuits down into it. Cook for 10-15 min. Then add 3 tbsp.. of butter along with the chicken and stir. Cook additional 10 min.
