Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp
- cashews
- garlic couscous
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the dressing together. Pour it over the cold shrimp, grapes and cashews. Serve over hot garlic couscous.
