Sour Cream Butter Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup butter, at room temp
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease miniature muffin pans

Step 2

Mix the flour and butter together, add the sour cream, and blend well. Place spoonful's of the batter in the muffin pans.

Step 3

Bake until golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
