- Easy
- 10 mins
- Average budget
Ingredients
- For any kind of meat that you make that you may need a gravy fir like a roast pork or beef, turkey chicken anything like that.you need the dripping from the bottom of the pan.
- Flour or cornstarch/ I love the Wondera flour for gravy.
Preparation
Step 1
All you need to do is take out the meat & vegetables if any and set in the oven . Pour out any extra grease and put the pan on the burner.
Step 2
Now you pour a bit of water or broth into the pan & start stirring like crazy to get all of the bits of meat from the bottom of the pan. After you get it all of it will probably be pretty dark so now you need to either add some water or a bit of milk or even broth . Whatever you have and add it to the pan. Keep stirring. Take a small cup & add a few Tablespoons of flour or cornstarch and whip it up into the cup in a bit of warm water. Add to the rest of the gravy and as you stir you will see it thicken. Add salt & pepper as needed. Ta Da! Gravy No Jar YUCK!
Stir, Stir, Stir, & DO NOT EVER LOSE THE DRIPPINGS FROM THE MEAT YOU COOK if you do you will be up the river with no Gravy for your Gravy Boat. Love, Mom
