Ingredients
- Mixed Vegetables - 1 cup
- Rice Vermicelli - 2 cups(half boiled and drained)
- Onion - 1 small
- Tomato - 1 small
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Water - 3 1/2 cup water
- Coriander leaves - For garnishing
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a oil in pan.Add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste,tomato and saute for 3minutes.
Step 2
Add the mixed vegetables,chili powder,turmeric powder,mint and salt.and keep cooking for 10 mins
Step 3
Add boiled vermicelli mix well and add lemon juice
Step 4
garnish with coriander/cilantro leaves
