  • Boneless chicken cut in cubes – 250g
  • Corn Flour – 2 Tbsp
  • Cooking Oil – 1 Tbsp
  • Chinese Salt – 1 1/2 Tsp
  • Sugar – 1 Tsp
  • Salt 1/2 Tsp
  • Ingredients for Sauce
  • Ginger Chopped – 1 Tsp
  • Garlic Chopped – 1 Tsp
  • Green Chilly – 1
  • Chicken Broth – 1 1/5 Cup
  • Tomato Ketchup – Half Cup
  • Red Chilly Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Sugar – 3 Tsp
  • Salt – 1 Tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 Tsp
  • Red food color – 1 pinch

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate chicken with all the ingredients mentioned above and place aside.

Step 2

Heat 3/4 cup oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.

Step 3

Add half of this oil to another pan and fry finely chopped ginger and garlic.

Step 4

Add finely chopped green chilly. When you can feel the aroma add in half cup of chicken broth and fried chicken pieces.

Step 5

In a bowl, add 1 cup chicken broth, half cup tomato ketchup, red chilies, sugar, salt, corn flour, and vinegar and mix well.

Step 6

Pour this sauce in the pan with chicken and cook on medium heat.

Step 7

Add food color.

Step 8

Serve in hot sizzling plate or in a pot.

Serve with vegetable egg fried rice.
